Yesterday and today I attended etsy's "virtual labs". It was a new experience for me, I took a seat and kept quiet. Danielle talked about tags and how important they are in searching for a product, and gave suggestions to participants with questions after looking at their tags. Today, the topic was "shop evaluation", I posted a question but was glad that time was up before she could answer me. I have ordered my banner and until it is up, I would not like a critique. I learned a lot from the questions others asked and would recommend the labs to everyone.
Tonight, I tried to get to Twitter. Gosh, I think they all speak a different language, could not understand a word that anyone said. Maybe when I can find a compatible group to follow, we could communicate.

- I have been beading since I was a teenager, but the older I got, the smaller the beads of choice became. I left my job in academia to become a full-time beader. I do off-loom beadweaving, crocheting, Kumihimo, wire knitting and crocheting and bead embroidery. Have taught at B&B and Beadfest shows. I recently opened a second shop on etsy called Beaders Supply Hut where I sell beads and supplies for all beaders. I will be blogging about these beads to help those interested in beadwork to make the right choices. Your comments are much appreciated.
